Q: Is this legal?
A: Yes, we operate only in areas where short-term rentals are legal and follow all local laws
and tax requirements.
Q: Does this violate my mortgage, HOA, or insurance?
A: No. We also carry short-term rental insurance and comply with all HOA rules. However,
it is a recommended you speak with your home insurance.
Q: What if the property is damaged?
A: We screen guests carefully, carry additional insurance, and use platforms like Airbnb
that provide host insurance coverage up to $3M.
Q: Will there be parties or noise complaints?
A: No parties allowed. Each booking goes through a strict vetting process. We have strict
house rules that each person booking agrees to follow. We also use noise monitors on our
rentals.
Q: What about furnishing?
A: We fully design and furnish the rental to help highlight the beauty of your property. And
to create the desired experience we are offering to our guests.
Q: How is the property kept secure?
A: Smart locks, rotating codes, and regular inspections by our cleaning team keep it safe
and secure.
Q: Who handles maintenance?
A: We handle minor repairs and notify you for anything major, coordinating with your
approval.
Q: What do I get out of this?
A: Guaranteed monthly rent, no tenant hassles, less wear and tear, and peace of mind.

Q: What kind of lease do we sign?
A: A standard lease with a clause allowing short-term rentals. It’s transparent and legal.
Q: How long is the lease term?
A: Typically 12–36 months, 12 months being our minimum.
Q: What about neighbors?
A: Strict quiet hours, guest rules, and monitoring prevent issues. The city will also sends a
notification letter to neighbor’s within a 200ft radius notifying them of the Short Term
rental in their area along with Vibe Stay contact info.
